Combining strong service cultures and extending Navia’s intuitive technology

RENTON, Washington — October 1, 2018 — Navia Benefit Solutions, a national leader and trusted provider of consumer-focused benefit programs, announced its partnership with Arcadia Benefits Group, a regional leading service provider in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This partnership extends Navia’s customer reach in the Midwest and leverages the selling and industry relationships that Arcadia has developed over its long company history. Navia will provide its proprietary technology advantage and service model for the benefit of Arcadia customers.

Arcadia employees become members of the Navia family through the partnership and will continue to serve customers from the Kalamazoo location. Pam Walker, founder and owner of Arcadia, remains with the company and retains an ownership interest in the merged organization.
