Pam Walker, ACFC, CAS, serves as President of the Arcadia subsidiary of Navia Benefit Solutions. Pam founded Arcadia Benefits Group in 2004 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the design, implementation and administration of employee benefit plans. Walker has the ACFC (Advanced Certification in Flexible Compensation) and CAS (COBRA Administration Specialist) designations through the Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation in Washington, DC (www.ecfc.org).
